Shapeboo ships worldwide. We have teamed up with top shipping partners around the globe to ensure your purchase is delivered to you efficiently.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Free Standard Shipping typically arrives within 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

  • Priority Shipping: Dispatched via prioritized warehouse handling (Skip The Line) and arrives within the same 2–10 business days transit window as Standard Shipping. This option includes Premium Shipping Protection and an expedited Free Replacement Guarantee for lost or damaged parcels. Rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, Express Shipping options are available for select countries. Rates vary by destination and available options will be displayed during checkout.

Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

Delivery Address & PO Boxes

Orders are shipped strictly to the delivery address entered by the customer during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

  • Shapeboo does not ship to APO/FPO or military addresses.

  • Our express shipping partners (such as DHL and FedEx) cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Guarantee & Lost Packages

Shapeboo offers premium protection for your purchase during international transit. We claim full responsibility for your package while it is in transit.

If your package is reported stuck or lost in transit and has not been delivered within our guaranteed timeframes, we will automatically send a replacement package free of charge:

  • For Standard Shipping, this replacement guarantee applies if the package has not arrived within 20 business days.

  • For Priority Shipping, your protection is expedited: we bypass the standard carrier investigation and a free replacement package will be automatically issued after 15 business days of no tracking updates.

Exchanges, returns, or refunds are fully available once the shipment status is resolved or successfully received.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all our shipping destinations, all applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties are fully cleared at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Our customers will not be charged any unexpected import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

In the rare event that a local postal service unexpectedly requests a customs fee, please contact our support team at hey@shapeboo.com before paying. We will assist you in resolving the issue immediately. If a shipment is rejected or abandoned without consulting our support team, any associated return postal charges or handling fees incurred from the carrier will be deducted from the final refund.

Unclaimed & Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails, it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the package from the local post office or arrange a re-delivery within the carrier's collection deadline. If a package is returned to our facility automatically due to being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Delivery Confirmation & Missing Packages

Once the tracking information for your package states “Delivered” by the official postal carrier to the address provided during checkout, the contract of carriage is considered fulfilled.

If your tracking states delivered but you have not received the package, please contact our support team at hey@shapeboo.com immediately. We will assist you in opening an official investigation with the carrier. For packages that are suspected to be stolen after successful delivery, we advise filing a local police report to assist with the carrier claim.
