Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Shapeboo accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. This includes sale items. Due to hygiene standards, underwear is not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or mis-described goods under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In their original condition.

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or other odors.

  • With all tags, liners, and original packaging included.

Please try on items over underwear for hygiene reasons. Returned items are inspected by our team, and returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If you experience any quality issues, please contact us immediately. We will review the matter with you to reach an appropriate resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Shapeboo cannot accept returns if:

  • Items show visible signs of wear or use.

  • Items have been washed or have a perfume smell.

  • Tags have been removed.

  • Items are not returned in their original packaging.

  • The item belongs to a non-returnable category (such as underwear).

Shapeboo reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our requirements.

4. Return Method, Fees & Regional Guidelines

The refund method and fees depend on your shipping location and local consumer protection laws:

  • United States, Australia, Canada & New Zealand:

    • Refund Method: Standard returns or "change-of-mind" returns are refunded via Store Credit only (issued as a digital gift card).

    • Fees: A 10% return handling fee will be deducted from your store credit balance. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.

  • United Kingdom & European Union:

    • Refund Method: In compliance with local consumer laws (including the EU/UK Right of Withdrawal), customers are entitled to a full refund to their original payment method for standard returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • Fees: No return handling fees or restocking fees apply to UK and EU orders. Original standard shipping fees will be refunded, but the customer remains responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated international warehouse.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items (All Countries):

    • If you receive a faulty, mis-described, or incorrect item, you are always entitled to a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement. In these verified cases, Shapeboo will cover all return shipping costs, and no fees will be applied.

5. How to Start a Return

Please do not return your item to the address on the shipping label, as this is not our return facility. Please note that our central return warehouses are located internationally in the United States and China. Depending on your location, you will be instructed to ship your return to one of these facilities, and international shipping rates will apply.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at hey@shapeboo.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Follow the instructions provided in your return approval email.

  3. Include your order number and any required return form in the package.

  4. Ship your return using a service that provides proof of postage and a working tracking number.

Shapeboo is not liable for lost return parcels without valid tracking.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, please allow 3–7 days for your refund to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Processing times may vary depending on return volume or incomplete return information. Shapeboo is not responsible for delays caused by missing details or invalid tracking numbers.
